END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

The licence under which AMEMOR/UAML software is made available to end users and organisations.

1. LICENCE GRANT

Subject to the applicable plan, payment and these terms, GLG, a.s. grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for the permitted purpose and number of agents, users, machines or instances stated in the purchased plan.

2. COMMUNITY / PERSONAL USE

The provider's public product description currently distinguishes a free Community edition for personal, non-commercial use from paid commercial licences. The exact scope and restrictions of the free edition are those presented by the provider at the time of use or download.

3. COMMERCIAL & OEM USE

Commercial embedding, redistribution, white-label use, volume deployment and OEM products require the commercial licence expressly granted for that purpose. An OEM customer does not acquire ownership of the underlying AMEMOR/UAML technology merely by purchasing a licence.

4. RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence, you may not resell the software as a standalone product, distribute proprietary source code, remove notices, circumvent technical restrictions, or use the software to create a competing memory-layer product.

5. UPDATES

Updates, security fixes and support vary by plan. The provider may require updates where necessary to address critical security or compatibility issues.

6. OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS

Third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. Nothing in this agreement removes rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is responsible for lawful use, deployment security, access control, backups, model-provider configuration and the legality of data processed through the system.

8. TERMINATION

The licence ends when the relevant subscription or licence terminates, subject to any surviving rights and obligations. Customers must stop using proprietary components and follow the applicable data-export/deletion procedure.

9. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The software is a technical tool. It does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, security or other professional judgement.
