PRIVACY POLICY
How GLG, a.s. collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with AMEMOR websites, accounts, subscriptions and support.
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
The data controller is GLG, a.s., the provider of AMEMOR/UAML. The public product materials identify support@uaml.ai as the data-protection contact. Registered company details should be checked against the current corporate register before publication.
2. THE LOCAL-FIRST PRINCIPLE
AMEMOR/UAML is designed as a local-first system. Data stored inside a customer's own installation, including memories and agent knowledge, is intended to remain on the customer's infrastructure unless the customer explicitly enables a feature that sends, synchronises or exports data elsewhere. This website policy concerns data collected by the website, account, subscription, payment and support systems; it is not a substitute for the customer's own privacy notice for data processed inside its AMEMOR deployment.
3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
- Account and identity information such as name, email address and organisation details.
- Billing and transaction information needed to provide subscriptions and invoices. Full payment-card details should be handled by the authorised payment processor rather than stored by AMEMOR.
- Support and contact communications, including attachments voluntarily supplied by a user.
- Technical information required for security, authentication, troubleshooting and service operation.
- Website analytics, but only to the extent actually deployed on the production site and described in the site's cookie/analytics configuration.
4. WHY WE PROCESS IT
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, protect the service, respond to support requests, or pursue a legitimate interest such as security and service improvement. Marketing communications are sent only where an appropriate legal basis exists, including consent where required.
5. RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual relationship, security, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Exact retention periods should be confirmed with the provider's current processors and accounting requirements before publication.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Where applicable, data subjects may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, together with the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to support@uaml.ai. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or another protected jurisdiction, the provider will use an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. The exact processors and transfer mechanisms should be kept in the provider's current processor register.
8. SECURITY
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
Essential cookies may be used where required for authentication or service operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should be enabled only in accordance with the provider's actual production configuration and applicable consent requirements. If the final AMEMOR site uses only privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics, this section should be updated to say so explicitly.
10. CHILDREN
AMEMOR is a professional technology service and is not directed at children. If personal data relating to a child is supplied unlawfully, contact us so the matter can be assessed and handled appropriately.
11. COMPLAINTS
You may contact us first so we can investigate a concern. Where GDPR applies, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
12. CHANGES
We may update this policy when the service, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
