TERMS & CONDITIONS

The rules for using AMEMOR websites, accounts and subscription services.

1. PROVIDER

AMEMOR/UAML is provided by GLG, a.s.. Current corporate and licensing details should be confirmed against the provider's official records before publication.

2. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing the website or using a paid or free AMEMOR service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented at the time of purchase. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

3. THE SERVICE

AMEMOR provides memory, continuity, orchestration and related software capabilities for AI systems. Features, limits, integrations and availability vary by plan and may evolve. Product descriptions are not a guarantee that every feature will be suitable for every environment.

4. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, choosing appropriate access controls and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by the provider's failure to apply required security measures.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use AMEMOR to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, attack systems, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, or process data without the permissions and legal basis required for that processing. Enterprise customers remain responsible for their own governance, approvals and deployment decisions.

6. YOUR DATA

You retain your rights in data and content you lawfully provide to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process that data. Local-first deployments place additional responsibility on the customer to secure the machine, network, backups and credentials on which the system runs.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AMEMOR/UAML software, branding, documentation and other provider materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where a licence expressly permits it, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell or incorporate proprietary components into another product.

8. PLANS, PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices, billing intervals, included limits and optional add-ons are shown at purchase. Taxes may apply as stated at checkout. A subscription continues according to the selected billing interval until cancelled under the applicable cancellation terms.

9. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

We may update, improve, suspend or retire features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. Where an important change materially affects a paid service, the provider will use the notice method required by applicable law or the contract.

10. DISCLAIMERS

AMEMOR is a technology platform. It does not itself provide legal, medical, financial, law-enforcement or other professional advice. Outputs generated by AI systems must be reviewed by appropriately qualified people before consequential decisions are made.

11. LIABILITY

Liability is governed by applicable law and the specific contract or plan terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. TERMINATION

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security risk or where required by law. Upon termination, data-export and deletion arrangements follow the applicable plan, contract and privacy requirements.

13. GOVERNING LAW

The provider's current public materials identify Czech law as relevant to consumer digital-service arrangements. The final governing-law and dispute-resolution clause must be confirmed by the provider's counsel and must preserve any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's jurisdiction.
