WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION

Working draft · Effective date to be confirmed

Information for consumers buying AMEMOR digital services online.

1. EU / CZECH CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL

For consumers to whom EU/Czech distance-contract rules apply, the provider's current UAML legal materials describe a 14-day withdrawal period for online contracts, subject to the statutory rules and exceptions applicable to digital content and services.

2. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL SERVICE

If a consumer asks for a digital service to begin during the withdrawal period, the purchase flow should obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law before immediate performance begins. The exact checkout wording must be implemented by the provider's payment system.

3. HOW TO REQUEST WITHDRAWAL

Send an unambiguous request to support@uaml.ai, identifying the account and service concerned. The provider may request reasonable information to identify the contract.

4. CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing terms shown at purchase. The exact end-of-service date and any refund consequences depend on the plan, purchase jurisdiction and applicable law.

5. MODEL FORM

6. DATA AFTER CANCELLATION

Data-export and deletion arrangements are governed by the applicable service terms and privacy policy. Customers should export any data they are entitled to retain before the relevant retention/deletion period expires.
